VAX Fleet · live

One system. Not 200 group chats.

AI-native fleet operations for small and mid-sized carriers. Dispatch, drivers, roadside, and finance — one clean surface for the office, the dispatcher, and the driver.

VAX Fleet owner dashboard

Fleet Command · web console

Run dispatch from one board.

Loads, drivers, and status in a single view. AI ranks load-to-driver matches, flags conflicts, and drafts the message before you type it.

VAX Fleet dispatch board

Fleet Command · AI match

AI does the first pass.

Every new load gets ranked recommendations, with the reasoning shown. You approve, adjust, or override — the assignment logic stays yours.

VAX Fleet AI load-to-driver matching

Dispatch Mobile · after-hours desk

Dispatch from the phone, not the desk.

On-call dispatchers get everything the office sees. Approve a vendor, notify the driver, resolve the incident — from the phone, in seconds.

VAX Dispatch Mobile

Driver App · in the cab

One app for the person moving the load.

Loads, HOS, ELD, roadside, maintenance, earnings, and an AI assistant. No more juggling four apps and a group chat.

Finance · tied to the work

Money follows the operation.

Trips, invoices, receivables, and margin signals link back to the same operational reality. The office sees leakage before it becomes a problem.

FAQ

Common questions.

How long does onboarding take?

Small fleets are live the same week. We import your drivers, tractors, and active loads on day one.

Do you replace my ELD?

You can keep your current ELD — we'll wire the API into VAX Fleet. When VAX ELD ships, you can switch to ours.

Is my data isolated from other fleets?

Yes. VAX is multi-tenant with per-fleet isolation. Your loads, drivers, and finance data are yours.

Does the AI make assignments on its own?

AI ranks and drafts. The human clicks approve. You can enable auto-approve on specific lanes once you trust it.

What if my dispatcher hates it?

Good dispatchers become 3× faster. The people who leave are the ones who liked being the only one who knew where the trucks were.

Do you offer training?

Yes. A 30-minute onboarding call per role — owner, dispatcher, driver — plus a WeChat / Slack support channel.

See VAX Fleet on your operation.

30 minutes with the team. We run through your loads on a real screen — office, dispatcher phone, and driver app.
