VectAxiom Inc. ("VectAxiom", "we", "us") is a Delaware corporation headquartered in City of Industry, California. We operate vectaxiom.com and the VAX Fleet product suite.
2. What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, company), operational data your fleet generates in VAX (loads, driver assignments, trip status, documents), and standard technical logs (IP, device, timestamps) needed to run the service securely.
3. How we use it
To operate VAX Fleet, provide support, improve product quality, secure the platform, and — with your permission — to power AI features that assist your dispatch and finance workflows. We do not sell your data.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with sub-processors necessary to run the service (hosting, email delivery, analytics), and where required by law. A current sub-processor list is available on request.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to VectAxiom personnel who need it to operate or support the service.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time. Email privacy@vectaxiom.com.
