VectAxiom is a technology and operations company in City of Industry, Southern California. We run our own Class 8 trucking fleets — and we're building the AI operating layer we needed but couldn't buy.

The story starts in a WeChat group.
In 2024 we started our first Class 8 fleet. Then a second, then more — a handful of small-carrier SPVs, all run the way most small fleets are run: WeChat groups, SMS threads, screenshots, a whiteboard somewhere, and a dispatcher trying to remember which driver was where.
It was terrifying. Loads got dropped, drivers got the wrong address, receipts vanished, exceptions ate margin — and the person holding the whole thing together was one human on a phone.
After enough painful weeks, we decided the answer wasn't a bigger dispatcher. It was a new operating layer. So we started VectAxiom to build it — first for our own fleets, then for every small carrier stuck in the same loop.
What we believe
Four things we think are true about small fleets.

Small fleets can't build their own TMS.
A 3-truck carrier isn't hiring an engineering team. We build the multi-tenant platform so any small fleet can plug in and run tight from day one.

AI is finally strong enough for dispatch.
Ranking loads, matching drivers, drafting messages, triaging roadside — most of the daily dispatch job can be done by AI with a human in the loop. That's the whole thesis.

Dispatch is mostly automatable.
Load intake, driver assignment, ETA follow-up, breakdown coordination, receipt chasing — AI handles the volume, the dispatcher handles the exceptions.

Small carriers live or die on margin per mile.
Rate vs. driver pay vs. fuel vs. insurance vs. idle time. If you're bleeding, we help you stop. If you're winning, we help you press. If the truck stops, your run rate slips and you're one bad month from exiting the lane.
